Job description


Communicate, direct and lead the small business deposit, loan and fee income product & service growth initiatives within an assigned Region for all businesses with annual revenues up to $5M.
Assist in the development of specific activity plans that support the profit maximization goals with small business deposits, loans and fee income which will attract and retain new profitable business.
This position will work to identify areas for improvement in net spread income, increasing total non-interest and interest bearing DDA deposit balances, loan originations, customer experience and new customer acquisitions.
Additionally, this position will act as a resource & main point of contact.
Will assist in developing plans to address areas for improvement as directed by the National Sales Manager for Small Business. Responsible for rolling out all small business training objectives.

Responsibilities



    Assist in goal setting, sales management and sales productivity of Region and Districts in geographic area as it pertains to small business deposits, loans and fee income products & services. Execute on bundled product strategy to retain and grow consumer and small business relationships. Meet or exceed P&L budget goals as well as deposit, loan and investment growth goals for assigned Region.
    Manage Small Business Lead Campaigns for desired results. Collaborate with LOB partners in Wealth and Commercial to continually prospect and refer new business opportunities leveraging the REACT program. Identify opportunities for Center of Influence (COI) programs for the BREs and BBOs to leverage.
    Acts as a resource & main point of contact. Collaborate to provide reporting & analysis of results to assist in developing specific work plans to maximize production levels in the small business deposit, loan and fee income areas.
    Coach to successful prospecting and follow-up skills and assist with analyzing and prioritizing leads within Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Instruct branches in the utilization of our Account Recommendation Tool (ART). Ensure all contacts and conversations are recorded with mandatory updates to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and/or ART.
    Participate in the Passion for Customer Accelerator (PfCA) results for assigned Region. May assist with the resolution of customer service issues. Ensure customer service issues are resolved within a timely manner and that follow up calls are maintained to inform the customer of initiatives taken.

Education/Experience

Bachelor''s Degree (BA, BS, etc.) in Finance or Business related field required with Four (4) years of small business portfolio management experience. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
