Job description

Responsible for assisting the district team in maintaining operational integrity, Influencing loss prevention awareness and monitoring for adherence to bank policy and procedures including compliance with federal and state regulations. Ensures that proper operational loss controls are in place to minimize the impact to the bank for the assigned district(s). Supports the district and region by proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements, maximizing profitability and the delivery of exceptional customer service.


    Provide leadership and direction to districts and banking centers on meeting operational requirements including compliance with Federal and State regulations. Monitor key risk indicators and conduct branch reviews.
    Support and ensure facility and security issues are escalated and addressed appropriately. Support the district(s) efforts in optimizing the customer experience to align our principles to be customer centric.
    Work to ensure all training needs are identified and training is coordinated through regionalmanagement.
    Assist the district branch personnel in resolving customer service issues in a timely and effectivemanner.
    Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business partners to maximize operating efficiencies. Coordinate and monitor all district operational management reporting.


Bachelor''s Degree (BA, BS, etc.) in a related field required with Six (6) years of banking experience. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.

Two years branch operations experience Prior people management experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Well-developed interpersonal skills Excellent time management skills Must have ability to meet deadlines and assigned goals Strong Problem solving abilities Demonstrate the ability to analyze processes, recommend solutions and coordinate the implementation of changes. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a business partner Demonstrate strong facilitation and presentation skills Extensive travel to visit branch locations which may include infrequent overnight travel.
