Recruitment process

    Publication of job offers

    Our main source of applicants is our Database. For this reason, we encourage all people interested in working with us to upload their resume.

  2. 02

    Phone contact

    We will have a first phone contact with the applicants who match the profile, to inform them about the selection process and ratify the adjustment degree of their application with the position.

  3. 03

    First interview

    This interview will be carried out with the HR Recruitment department.

  4. 04

    Tests

    We will also invite you to the different tests involved in our recruitment process: psychometric testing session, English test, group dynamics and competency-based interview. These tests will allow us to find out more about your knowledge and skills through the different situations proposed.

  5. 05

    Interview with the area

    Afterwards, applicants will be invited to an interview with the area that has the vacancy to be filled. Candidates will be informed about the status of his application at all times.
