Description


Responsible for the achievement of sales and operational excellence with management responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of customer service, operational standards, sales activities and manage channel migration activations. Identifies client needs by engaging in the sales conversation model. In addition to performing teller duties, is responsible for monitoring and controlling all teller line procedures, to include the enforcement of established audit protocols.

Responsibilities

    Responsible for assisting the branch manager in the overall management of the branch and may cover for branch manager in their absence. Individual supports efforts to maximize revenue, sales, customer satisfaction, and minimize operational losses, as well as deepening existing relationships and minimizing customer attrition. Works directly with district management to ensure branch meets all audit requirements. Contributes to the implementation of promotional campaigns and product initiatives at the branch level. Focuses on sales, service and/or operations as needed. May require standing for long periods of time.
Education/Experience

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Bachelor''s degree preferred. Two (2) years retail branch operations experience as a branch associate/teller, lead teller/associate manager/lead branch associate or other branch operational experience required. One (1) year previous supervisory or lobby management experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
