- Responsible for new account openings, cross-selling and referrals of all bank products. Uncovers sales and service opportunities using the established sales process . Provides customers with proper financial advice to support their growth into high value relationships. Strengthens relationships through cross-selling and up-selling to maximize retention and income generation. Ensures all deposit, loan and investment account documentation meets consumer and business regulations, laws and policies.
FSA I and SR. FSA II:1. Two years of proactive sales experience preferred for FSA (two years required for Sr. FSA and three years required for Sr. FSA II). 2. Retail banking experience preferred (two years required for Sr. FSA & three years required for Sr. FSA II) 3. Must be a mortgage certified employee (MCE) for Sr. FSA II. 4. Life and Health insurance required (Sr. FSA and Sr. FSA II only) 5. Series 6 and 63 investment licensing preferred. (preferred for Sr. FSA only & required for Sr. FSA II).
