Participates in the fulfillment of contract requirements in the purchase or sale/delivery of equipment, materials, products or services.
Assures that the unit’s work products are in compliance with regulations governing contract management responsibilities.
Assure that all enterprise contracts and associated information are uploaded into the ECMS database.
Notify key stakeholders (business unit) and Supply Chain Management personnel of contracts that are up for renewal or have an auto renew clause.
Assist in the introduction of the business unit to Supply Chain Management in the case where there is a need to prepare an RFP for a new or existing service.
Update existing contract files as renewed or re-bid or are replaced by other providers.
ECMS system support for other end users.
Resource for audit, legal and other internal departments to pull contracts on a regular basis for their review.
Responsible for conducting appropriate contract management audits for all enterprise contracts other than Technology contracts.
Assist supervisor in times of high work loads.
Assure compliance with contracts management policies and procedures.
Training and development of subordinates.
Periodically audit the Procurement Department’s contract/vendor files to assure that documentation forwarded to them from the Contracts Management unit is included in the appropriate vendor files.
Bachelor''s Degree (BA, BS, etc.) in Business or a related field required with No experience required of . Work experience may substitute for education requirement.

Preferred: CCCM (Certified Commercial Contracts Manager) or CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager) preferred
